Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, and thank you for your service. We offer military discounts on mowers, golf carts, side-by-sides, and tractors. Military discounts do not apply to parts or smaller outdoor power equipment or service.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaksa or Hawaii.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
No, we do not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico or Guam.
Do you donate to or sponsor sports teams, leagues, community organizations, fundraisers, or raffles?
As a small business, we receive multiple sponsorship and donation requests each week. While we would love to support every cause, we have an annual limit on the requests we can approve. Please complete our request form in full so we can review your organization or fundraiser.
When can I drop off my mower, golf cart, or other outdoor power equipment for repair?
You are welcome to drop off your golf cart, mower, or other outdoor power equipment during our regular business hours. A $55.00 diagnostic fee applies and will be credited toward your service if you choose to complete the repair with us. We recommend scheduling service from October through March so your equipment is ready for spring. March through September is our busiest service season.
*Please note that any completed service work, repaired equipment, or customer property left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification of completion may be considered abandoned and may be sold or otherwise disposed of to recover unpaid charges, storage costs, and related expenses.
Can you pick up my unit for service?
Yes. We charge a $95.00 fee for local pickup and delivery in LaGrange, GA. For locations outside our local coverage area, the fee is $3.25 per mile.
How long will it take to service my equipment?
Service time depends on the time of year, the type of repair or service needed, and parts availability. After your unit has been inspected, we will notify you by text message if repair approval is needed.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. New equipment purchases come with a manufacturer’s warranty:
Can I pick up my own golf cart rental?
No. We must deliver and pick up all golf cart rentals. A $95.00 delivery and pickup charge applies in addition to the rental fee. Delivery must be within 25 miles of our store.
What kind of golf carts do you rent?
We have four passenger electric golf carts for rental.
Do you have financing available?
Yes. We offer several financing options. Please visit our financing page or contact us for current available plans.
Do you special order parts?
Yes. We can take payment for special-order parts over the phone. All special-order parts must be picked up within 15 days after we notify you by text message that the order has arrived. Please note that special-order parts are final sale and cannot be returned.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on special orders, used parts, used equipment, or electrical parts. All approved returns must meet our current return policy requirements.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept cash and cashier’s checks. We do not accept personal checks.
I purchased my unit somewhere else and it is still under warranty. Do you all work on items NOT purchased at your store?
Yes. We are an authorized service department for select brands and can service eligible units. Please bring proof of purchase with you, as it is required for warranty service. Without proof of purchase warranty coverage is NOT applicable.
Does your service department work on any brand of golf cart?
Yes. We are happy to service most electric and gas golf carts. We highly recommend scheduling service from October through February. March through September is our peak service season and wait times can be long.
Can you service a brand you do not sell?
While our certified technicians have the experience and capability to service a wide range of equipment, high demand now requires us to limit service to the brands we sell.
